Day 3 - Abs!

Find a line and jump back and forth across it.

This was the second variation of this workout - the first set was we were in a line doing crunches and then whomever was at the end had to get up and sprint around everyone to get to the other side. After doing that a couple times and crunching steadily whenever we weren't sprinting, we were told to roll over and run over the people - stepping over them like the workout where you quick step through rope ladders. I thought it was very fun :) Stephanie was late jumping up on her turn because she paused to take this photo.

We had to bunny hop over the cones using our abs - it was VERY painful. It was great finishing & high fiveing each girl as they finished though :)

Other exercises on May 18th included quick high knees in place, star bursts, and running laps a few times. (Just not quite as often as we did the other day). So far, it's easy to tel that this whole experience is going to be SUPER fun, and I absolutely love everyone there!! :D

Day 2 - The REAL Workout Begins!

Iron Mikes.
Run a lap.
Fire Hydrants/Dogs.
Run a lap.
Progressive Jumping Jacks.

Steps, in sets of 30 (each leg) 15 (each leg) 10 (each leg) 5 (each leg).
Run a lap.

That was the workout on 5/17/11 :) It was amazing, and it hurt!! It worked out our gluteus and legs.

Day 1

May 16th 2011, Day 1.

What did this entail? We were measured, weighed, and had our strength tested with planks, steps, & pushups. Oh, we all know how much we love pushups & planks!! ;) All of us set goals to help us determine where we were at physically so that we could either strengthen ourselves or lose weight in a healthy manner. So what are your goals? :)
